“I walked in needing to buy three gifts for three children and no idea where to start. One of the associates noticed me a bit frazzled and looking here and there when they approached me to see if they could help. I wish I knew the associate's name. They literally took me from section to section pointing out all the new and really cool products. We chose jewelry making kits and Bitzees for the girls and star wars lego vehicles for the boys. It was helpful to have someone assist and point out what's "in" right now and what's not. Thank you so much. All kids are happy!”

“I was there about two weeks ago - was greeted and assisted by the lovely staff. They were kind and friendly to my daughter (which means the world to me!). They also took the time to explain to me how they select the items and how they price each one. This isn't a random draw of what they prefer to select.
