“This store has a lot of great finds! From clothes to wallets to beautiful embroidered tea towels to shoes etc etc etc. Canadian made stuff too. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
I visited today and they only one left of the item i wanted and it was part of their window display. They had no problem getting it out for me. This is a fun store to check out and browse around in. Lots of nice gift items!”

I had been putting off pants shopping and was dreading it, but Jessica was an amazing help! I have never had such great customer service. “Hannah was absolutely amazing, I came in stressed looking for my new work uniform and she immediately calmed me with her professional customer skills. She immediately looked for the clothes I needed and helped me decide on the right size. I trusted her judgement and it turned out perfect, not too big and not too small they ended up fitting like a glove. Not only that but while we were cashing out, she recommended amazing stores for me to shop at for other items that RW doesn’t carry like rings etc. all in all what a fantastic human being and worker. “Great place to shop with quality, long lasting items with beautiful designs and colours! Yesterday, May 8th, I was very well taken care of by the stores customer service person, Carla. She was absolutely awesome! Accomodating and helpful, very kind, and funny. She helped me with all of my purchases and was a pleasure dealing with! And to add to this, the other girl was at lunch break during my time there, and she handled everyone in the store herself with the level of service I recieved. Well done Carla! 👏”
“I just want to say that I feel so bad for the employees at this location right now. They are trying so hard to keep everything tidy, help the customers, and put them through cash.
The customers are so rude to them. They just throw the clothes on the floor and don’t listen to the employees when being told there are no returns. It was very hard for me to not get in the middle of one of the managers and a customer to stick up for the employee. It’s ridiculous. I don’t know how the employees are doing it. I would lose my mind on these customers. Something has to give for these poor employees.”
“I recently purchased 2 pr of mens sz 42 stretch shorts with zipper from pockets . Very comfortable and decent quality. Looking to try their mens pants through online order but want to ensure their comparable to the shorts and the fit as well as returnable. The shorts I have I highly recommend. I am a 79 yr old so judge accordingly.”

“My family and I always shop at this bluenotes and have never ever had any issues. The staff are always friendly and always help when asked, i’ve even seen people try and use their rod to get stuff down and the staff have basically ran to help them so they don’t hurt themselves or others all because they didn’t want to ask for help. Kudos to the staff at this location!”
