“The costco itself is great, but the ice cream machine is never working! ? we just want some ice cream. 8 times we've gone and been told it's not working.”
“I have been shopping here for almost 40 years,though it's changed ( for the better)in those years,one thing remains consistent, good prices and quality products, now they have their own line,which I find better in many ways than brand names.Clothing,shoes etc, as well as food,is available, close to the downtown area,flyer available online, new sale every Wednesday.I usually go to the one on Cannon st,there's a much bigger one at barton and ottawa mall,but I don't drive,much larger selection of products there”
“A decent Homesense. I went in looking for wrapping paper and a vase or a platter. No luck on the vase or platter. A few there but a little tacky for my liking. I found the one in Ancaster had a better selection but I haven’t been there for a while.I did find nice wrapping paper at a fairly good price. The lineup was very quick and the girl behind the counter was both pleasant and helpful.I do recommend this location if looking for most, but not all items you may be hoping a Homesense carries.”
“Second home depot I went to.The young lady named Susan was so helpful. She knew just where to find what I was looking for.Brought me thru the cash made sure I got a gift receipt.She was very efficient.”

“I love this location. The auto team, the store team, the everything-you-need assortment in a location that's so convenient for so many people. I used to live around the corner from here and even though I'm about a 30-45 minute drive away, I'll still go to this location for my car. I've tried the location closest to me and had a bad experience. I've tried some in the middle and they're better, but this team is just a bunch of good guys who do honest work.”

“On behalf of all Giant Tiger shoppers please stop setting up Cogeco in these stores!!!! No one likes it lol. Other then that, this is my favorite store! I love the set up of the store, the jewelry, house holds, and clothing. They tend to run out of grocery stock as this location quickly because of where its located but I dont mind. The workers are hard working and friendly. They have great clearance and it's my go to store at Christmas time. Wish they would reduce hours on Sundays like Walmart but its okay. Great store!”

“My brother noticed that there were some Christmas items for sale such as Christmas trees and capybara plushies in Santa hats, but he only purchased 2 of the Christmas trees. The sales associate who cashed him out was so friendly and helpful. I saw a variety of Funko Pops, Squishmallows, Nommis and Pop Mart collectibles and there are also snacks such as chocolate, candy, cookies and many other items available here!”
“Peggy in the paint department was absolutely amazing! She took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between the various gloss options. I originally chose one gloss, but after Peggy asked thoughtful questions about where I’d be painting, how lighting would affect the wall, and what overall look I was going for, she helped me find the perfect colour and the most appropriate gloss for the room. She even showed me how the paint looks wet versus dry, which was incredibly helpful. Peggy clearly cares about her job and genuinely enjoys helping customers who may not have extensive knowledge. She deserves a raise Canadian Tire!”

“They did great they were quick they would’ve got a five star but I ordered that $10 photo book 20 photos and it came with advertisement photos in there two of them that we had to like cut out and you can tell they’re being cut I do believe it was an accident but if it’s not next day and it’s really poor service because every package of photos had two photos of advertisements, and it was a package with the photo book still have two pages of advertisements photos however, there’s also two in the book I am very upset by that it was a Christmas gift. It was embarrassing.”

“5 stars to the auto service team at Canadian tire. Aldo Jr., the service manager, helped address my tire concerns and even took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He also helped me with claiming the warranty on my tires which was very helpful with the expenses of getting a tire replacement. I’m satisfied with his customer service, communication, and willingness to address all his clients’ needs!”
“This place seems to be busy everytime I come in. Whenever I have to ask to speak with the pharmacist, it always takes a long time before somebody comes. But whenever you get to speak to one, they will answer all your questions about your health concerns/ issues. They are very professional and highly knowledgeable. Apparently, a lot of people who use this pharmacy have been with them since they were at the old location. I think that says a lot about them. I have only gotten prescription from them once, but I always come here for over the counter products which is 3x cheaper than Shopper's. Also, I know that even if you wait for forever to ask a pharmacist a question, it's worth the wait. I mean, waiting for 5 mins compared to waiting in the doctor's ofc's waiting room for hours?!”

“I was in here last evening and I am so suprised by how much the store has changed from what it was…. It was clean, wellstocked, shelves weren’t empty .. and a variety of products,
it looked like the old Walmart, not like a warehouse … I loved the feel because it reminded me of being in the states..
I think you guys are stepping up your game .. it’s about time . One thing is there should be more cashiers open instead of self checkout … because as a customer I like to feel like a customer and not scan items .. I don’t work there.. that’s a big complaint.. you should have more cashiers open and many people agree..”
“This Walmart location is always socking the shelves when I go in, there’s always plenty. The only thing about stocking during peak hours, is that the stockers get in the way of the shopping experience. I feel stocking should be done a night so people can get around the store during the day.”
“I frequently visit Walmart at different locations, but normally the one that’s closest to my residence. If I was able to get here easier, it would be my go-to Walmart :)The staff has always been easy to find, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. The aisles are always filled, even in the midst of the covid pandemic with another lock-down coming soon, to my knowledge I believe another lock down is coming soon, I could be wrong.Bottom line, one of the best Walmart’s in Hamilton 100%”

“I love this store. Designers clothes at a fraction of the price. I don't know why people get things like Walmart clothes, when you can hit a clearance rack here and get something that will last longer and fit better for the same money.”
