By mistake, I ordered Mullard 12AX7s. I alerted the folks at The Tube Store of my mistake changing my order to a Gold Lion 12AT7s. This was also a mistake. I again alerted The Tube Store changing my order to the correct Gold Lion 12AX7s.
Even with all these changes (all my mistake), the customer service at The Tube Store dealt very graciously and quickly with me until I got it right... finally.

“This is my first time ever doing something like this, I've never done rent to own before but so far this has been an amazing experience. I called & confirmed what they needed to go ahead with a lease, Derek on the phone & in-store was great - Tracy in the store was outstanding. She told me I was leaving with a tv & I mean it got delivered the next day but still, 100/10. The delivery guys were fantastic, brought it in, set it up, they were nice & even took the box so I didn't have to deal with it. They were in & out within half an hour & left no mess. I'll update if anything happens but the price is more than reasonable, especially if you're on a budget - they will work with you & the product so far is out of this world.

“Brought in my nine year old Mac Book air for repair when trackpad stopped working (wasn’t clicking). Fix took a few minutes and charge was minimal. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly and FAST (most importantly). I honestly I prefer the customer service experience at this store over the Apple Store.”
