“I have visited this location multiple times and have always been impressed with the care, professionalism, and attentiveness of Ellius. I had a terrible experience at another location and Ellius was not only compassionate about my situation, but did what he could to rectify the issue. He was patient, kind and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. Each time I have gone into this location, Ellius has done his best to resolve any issue I was facing. His positive demeanour, helpfulness, and knowledge has led me to refer multiple people to this location. Thank you Ellius for all the help!! Also, a special thanks to the manager Oliver. He was very personable, kind, and professional. He also listened to me and provided me with assistance that made me leave the store feeling content.”
