“I always find it a chore to get cell phone changes or upgrades but not this time. Micheal Cleveland at wireless wave at limeridge mall was amazing! He thoroughly went through all my options. I was going to stay with one major cell phone company but Michael explained if I swapped I would get the same service but get a much better plan for less money. He did all the switching of the plans, SIM cards etc. He was excellent to deal with. If anyone needs a needs a new or upgrade in their cell phone plan I would go see Michael.”
