“Sam from Freedom at Upper James is my knight in shiny armor! I am not kidding! Besides being knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly professional, he went way above the excellent service and literally stayed with us and we were able to stop personality takeover. The scammed ( cyber criminals) managed in very short time to take over my email and then the phone number. Then within few minutes they had ported my phone number to different provider ( which I never dealt with). Sam stayed after his work hours ensuring everything anyone could do and much more is done, and recorded, and that my phone ported back and given back to me. This wonderful person missed his dinner just so he can do anything possible to help me. All I can say is: I am beyond grateful for him working at that time, I needed the best person to prevent my identity being stolen by cyber criminals ans best person is Sam! I wish Sam works at my company, such great, knowledgeable and dedicated professional would make any place shine! Freedom at Upper James is fortunate to have such wonderful employe!!! Thank you Sam and may only good things follow you in your life 🙏”

He was extremely helpful, professional and patient. When it came time to transfer over from my old device, Hadi even stayed well past his shift to complete the process. He is a customer service Star!
