We had a much-loved pendulum chiming wall clock repaired at a very reasonable rate, saving us from having to buy a new clock. We are thrilled with our clock, which is so much nicer than the ones you can buy now. Finding someone who was able to order and install a replacement quartz movement was such a relief. “I have been to this jewellery store many times in the past to get a battery replaced. Recently, I had an older watch that needed a battery. They replaced the battery on site, but the watch still didn’t work. There was something wrong with the mechanism itself.. I was told that it would take perhaps a couple of months before they could repair it as it may be difficult to find parts, and could be they may not be able to find the parts. It took a couple months but I have my watch back and as good as new!! Thank you so much fine touch jewellers!!”

Today, we made arrangements to pick up this behemoth (how much does thing weigh!!!) and to our surprise, Jimmy (co-owner with wife Pam) ran down the street to get his dolly from the car, helped us put it in our truck, drove behind us all the way home, and helped us up the elevator and to place it.I mean, really??? that's outstanding. Hours of his time, completely unexpected.Truly a pleasure.And the selection of native art, native jewellery, is really remarkable. “I’ve had this ring for years but lost the centre stone many months ago. It was also bent and dulled by wear and tear over time. We brought it in for repair just before Christmas…
Last night my Husband came home and presented it to me down on one knee and said: “Here’s to 11 years and many more…”? The ring looks so beautiful and shiny - like brand new - with a REAL (lab created) diamond! ? It’s even more beautiful than the day we first purchased it!!!
For me it’s not about the size of the ring or how much it cost. It’s about what that ring symbolizes. ? Having someone to share the adventure of life with - the ups, the downs AND all that crazy stuff in between. It’s about the union of two souls and the comfort in knowing my heart has found a “forever” home. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH RICKY! Now and FOREVER!!!?
