Got me my inhaler & didnt rush me out the door. Like most stores would. Hands down the best place I've gone to get my meds. Highly recommend him.”

They answer the phone at Hess Village Compounding Pharmacy. And not just sporadically, either! There's barely ever any hold time to speak to a human being who is willing to address you as a fellow human being in return.

Further to the above, I have experienced kindness, concern for my well being and a generosity that goes far above any expectations.
There are many employees, all are busy and all show a great attitude and kindness and concern for the customers who arrive.
It is a refreshing experience in general and stands way above my experience with big name pharmacies.

After a lot of research (and a few test calls!) we happily chose Stonechurch Pharmacy. They were immediately friendly and warm and took great interest in our prescription history. We had a couple of hiccups that were not their fault and they easily and professionally fixed the problems immediately, without blame.

“I come here regularly for my prescriptions, they are always so fast, so kind & accommodating. The staff there are awesome. I have a virus and unfortunately I wasn’t able to come into pick my meds up or any Gatorade or anti nausea meds and they had it delivered to my house within 2 hours, thank you guys!!! Been to many pharmacies but this pharmacy is the best one and they’ll always have me as a patient as long as I’m in Hamilton!”
