Very happy with my experience renting a unit at Hess St N location of Public Storage. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. The rental process was easy and documentation was explained to me. The facility is clean and well lit. I had a great experience.

Moved in during the month of October and the experience was smooth and without any hitches, right from the booking online to the office check in. Checking out was even easier, and hassle free. The location was particularly good as I found it quiet and very convenient. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
