“The staff at Tootsie's are always very helpful. I purchased a pair of running shoes as a gift for my sister-in-law in April. With her busy schedule, and she lives out of town, it was a few months before she was able to return the shoes because they didn't fit properly. She did not have a receipt but the staff gladly exchanged the shoes for her and stated that they just wanted our customers to be happy. Kudos to Tootsie's!”

“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future:)”

“This store has a lot of great finds! From clothes to wallets to beautiful embroidered tea towels to shoes etc etc etc. Canadian made stuff too. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
I visited today and they only one left of the item i wanted and it was part of their window display. They had no problem getting it out for me. This is a fun store to check out and browse around in. Lots of nice gift items!”

NO store I’ve ever seen has the selection that Laced does. I’ve probably picked up 20 shoes since November and was able to get a complete family set for the family for Christmas from toddler size, grade school and adult!”

“I had to order shoes from them width 9E. As The place I use to get from only carries up to 6E. My shoes came 1 week after they were paid. I am so happy with my shoes from shoe king. They are smaller in size but wider width then my old ones. They are also more light weight. Once I get my feet fixed I can wear normal shoes. untill then I will get from Shoe King. Definitely reccomend them.”

“I recently went to Kids Foot locker to buy an outfit for my nephew and ended up spending and buying more then I expected because the lady working was so helpful and accommodating. She helped me pick out what I needed and matched the outfits for me perfectly. Mary was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond for me and even called another store to secure the shoe size I needed. I recommend her to my sister and she also went in and had a wonderful experience. I will most definitely be back to see Mary again. She’s awesome.”
“I love this location! I am shocked at some of the comments! I have never seen any of the staff be rude. The store is clean and displays are attractive.They have always been able to answer my questions and provide me with the sizes I want. If they didn't have what I was looking for, they have found it and brought it in from another store for me.The other day their POS machines were down and they were very gracious with customers, recommending ATM locations or setting stock aside so customers could come back the next day and pay.I have never seen mice nor any evidence of them!The staff get along well and work well together.I would highly recommend this location!!Go and see for yourself!”
