“Emille Shoes Ltd is a gem of a store in Burlington!Surprisingly good selection, it's the only store in town to carry affordable, wearable full leather models such as Rieker and Sperry (other retailers have reduced their stock to all vinyl/plastic imposters that hurt my feet). I found exactly what I needed on their site easily, an elegantly tapered leather Rieker short boot - it came perfectly packaged (love the little thank you card on the box), and is the most comfortable shoe (and on sale too!).”

“I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from the Mapleview store in Burlington last winter. I’d only worn them about five times and the stitching ripped and a crack developed in the crease. I was anticipating a problem with returning them because it had been a year but the were expensive and it was obvious they had hardly been worn. The store manager Ricky was very understanding. She said it was clearly a manufacturing defect and sometimes these things happen. She offered to exchange them although they had none in stock, she would order them. Replacements arrives in two days. Great customer service. Thank you.”

I’d shopped in Mississauga in the past, and they never let me down.I find a pair that is exactly what I need, but it’s the last pair, and they’re a size up. They were a touch too big, but enter Justin to just save my sanity. I worked retail for years so trust me when I say, the service from Justin was PHENOMENAL.
