“I stopped by the Shell at 71 Lasalle Blvd in New Sudbury this morning (August 19, 2025) and was really impressed by the overall experience. The place was very clean, inside and outside, which makes a big difference when stopping for fuel.
I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman working this morning—he provided excellent customer service, very polite and helpful. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism so early in the day, and it really stood out.
Great job to the team here for keeping the station tidy and welcoming. I truly appreciate the effort and wanted to take a moment to share my thanks.”

“I used to see a girl at the Tim Hortons in the gas station a few months ago—she was always super friendly and made every visit pleasant. I was bad at pronouncing her name. I used to call her smiley. Haven’t seen her around lately, but she really deserves praise.”

“Sandesh was amazing in helping me purchase a car wash card. He was polite and informative thank you for being amazing. I stayed away from this gas bar as the person that was morning shifts was always rude and looked like they didnt want to work. I am in customer service you dont have to be grumpy. This man restored my loyalty to that gas bar!!”

“I had an excellent experience at this gas station! The pumps were clean and easy to use, and everything was well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist with any questions. The convenience store was fully stocked with a great selection of snacks and drinks, and it was spotless inside. Prices were reasonable, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and well-lit. It’s clear they take pride in keeping this place running smoothly. I’ll definitely be stopping here again—highly recommend!”
