“My husband and I were looking for an outdoor patio set . We had the best service from Roberto from both locations in Limeridge Mall and on upper James st. We had a set price in mind to spend on our furniture but after meeting with Roberto we for go our budget. He went above and beyond our expectations and we ended up buying a patio set and four more chairs for our new patio.

“I recently bought some end tables from the Stoney Creek JYSK store. They only had 3 in stock and I needed 4. Brian, the manager of the store was able to find another end table at anotherJYSK store and generously offered to pick it up for me to save me a trip ,since we live a distance away. I was so pleased he would offer. And good as his word, sure enough a few days later, the table arrived. Thank you so much Brian. We love the tables !!”
“Lovely, kind and knowledgable owner. I picked up some tapered candles for my mother as a Christmas present, to ship to Montreal. Owner kindly provided a sturdy box and bubble wrap to protect them. After chatting, I also bought some safe oil for my traditional lamp that has been empty since I bought it. Looking forward to lighting it this Christmas, as a memory for my Dad. “Lots of stuff. 4 floors! Unfortunately nothing caught my interest today. I'd hate to be there in a fire. The fire doors at the stairwell are propped open illegally and there are even displays in the stairwells which is completely illegal.”
“I love coming into this store. They always have new products for home decorating, DIY (paint) and organizing. Whoever sets up displays has a sharp sense of style that has influenced my home decorating. I pay attention on Facebook when they do store tours on Fridays, and during the pandemic they even had live streamed lotteries for unique products. It was something fun to do in a boring time. Previously, I was able to bring in my own items for consignment and Michelle, Penny and Jenny were fantastic to deal with!”

“Date/Time of Visit: June 7, around 4:35pm was first visit to this Fabricland location as we were visiting the area. Very well organized and friendly staff who were very helpful when giving some advice and assistance when looking for items. Parking can be challenging at this location, however we got lucky by finding a spot right in front store on the main road.”

“Amazing pieces, great sales. I found super modern and trendy furniture pieces and home accessories. Lots of selection.
I work in retail where customer service is number one. Especially when a customer is making a relatively bigger purchase/decision.
Unfortunately customer service was lacking here, as the manager was rude and unhelpful, almost like she wanted us to finish quick and leave. I hate leaving reviews like this, but experienced this on two separate occasions.”
