“I have taken 2 pictures to Dave at Aldershot Frame Studio and I can't say enough about his craftsmanship and beautiful work. First time was about 1 month ago to replace the glass in one of my favorite religious pictures of Our Lord. Terrific repair job. The second was a poster of the Nativity scene that I wished to have mounted on a wooden frame similar to my Holy Trinity icon. Once again spectacular work and also very inexpensive. Do not go anywhere else in Burlington or Ontario for that matter. Dave is the best anywhere and a very nice gentleman to deal with.”
“Had a great experience at DOT. Bought a gazebo recently and the whole process was easy and stress-free. The manager, Irina, was very helpful — took the time to walk me through the options, explained the details clearly, and helped me choose what actually made sense for my space. She was also accommodating and even managed to get me a nice discount, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, solid service and a good shopping experience. Would definitely recommend.”

“I was looking for a new recliner after mine broke it only lasted about 3 years but in the past I’ve had lazy boys that lasted 15 years. So I saw a Canada Day sale and decided to check it out. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice lady named Kristal who helped me make my decision about the chair I wanted helped me by showing me how they work and choosing the right material for my lifestyle. She wasn’t pushy about anything just wanted me to find the right fit it was a wonderful experience buying another lazy boy looking forward to having one again”
“The staff here are friendly, encouraging and helpful. As a beginner sewer I’m disappointed to see that patterns are being phased out. I rely on a pattern to direct my purchase of fabric and notions. Without a pattern to follow, I’m without a project.”

“I want to specifically recognize and defend the staff at this Winners location. Today the store was extremely busy, and despite that, all available cash registers were open and employees were working efficiently, calmly, and professionally.
It was disappointing to witness a customer directing frustration at staff who were clearly doing everything possible. The team handled the situation with patience and respect. Customers should remember that employees are people, not targets for misplaced anger.

“I was there yesterday for the first time from London Ontario and without using Google maps Ikea was easy to find and they had what I needed and plenty in stock and I didn't mind the drive there and back, The trip was worth it on such a hot day, The staff was so friendly and even other customers,I made it home safe and I don't mind going back, unless London gets an IKEA store.
