“Because my bed frame us an antique, I needed a custom-sized mattress. Its measurements were taken at my house and the finished product fit easily into the frame. It is very comfortable and just the right height. I found Bev very easy to deal with and delivery was within the time I specified. I am very pleased with the whole process. Thanks to everyone involved.

“I had a great experience at Mattress Planet. The staff was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my comfort needs and helped me choose the right mattress without any pressure. The store has a wide variety of options at different price ranges, so it was easy to find something that fit my budget. The quality of the mattress is excellent, and my sleep has improved a lot since purchasing it. I highly recommend Mattress Planet to anyone looking for a comfortable mattress and great customer service.”
“We didn't realize the store is closing down. We were browsing and Ashley was SUPER helpful ! She explained everything in detail, and was very friendly and patient with us. The most amazing customer service!! We end up buying a 8x10 rug and beige couch for our bedroom, two laundry baskets, three cushions and ottoman for our entryway. We can't wait to use them!!”
“I bought mattresses for my kids here, great customer service and lots of selection. The salesman was very informative on their products and the prices are great!z”

“Erin provided outstanding service when I was looking to exchange my mattress. She was informative, personable, funny, and was focused on finding the best fit for me. It's people like Erin that make you return to a business and it was clear how effortless it was for her. Thank you!”
“An outstanding experience at Ashley Furniture this week, especially working with Lisa. She is knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and easy to work with, plus her manager was incredibly helpful. What really stood out was that they actually took the time to introduce themselves (!) and help me unlike several local furniture stores in Hamilton and Burlington areas where I felt completely left to my own devices! Lisa worked through options, and I left feeling confident about my choices. There’s a genuine family vibe here that made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend Lisa and this store! I’m gonna love my forever couch and ottoman.”

“My parents just purchased an adjustable bed from Aylin. She was absolutely amazing and walked them thru all their choices and let them decide what they wanted without pressure. This sealed the deal for them. Jacob and Taylor came today to set it up. You could not find two more respectable young men. Great job and they were patient and respectful of their house.”
