What really stood out was that they actually took the time to introduce themselves (!) and help me unlike several local furniture stores in Hamilton and Burlington areas where I felt completely left to my own devices! Lisa worked through options, and I left feeling confident about my choices. There’s a genuine family vibe here that made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.
