“Today we had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly Severin at the Plains Rd store in Burlington. We explained to Kelly that our current mattress was a Sears-o-pedic. She immediately knew what we were looking for and showed us similar mattresses. She also showed us Foam and Hybrid mattresses, just so we were sure we were about to pick the right mattress for us.
All in all, a great, no pressure experience. Highly recommended.
Follow up..... What a great company to deal with. Our mattress just went on sale and Kelly called us to say we are getting a refund for the difference!!! How often does THAT happen.”
