Came in today 7/11/25 and was helped out by Samantha. She was calm, patient, professional, and empathetic when discussing my kitty that was diagnosed with Kidney Disease. This type of service won’t come from the big box stores out there. My exchange was done with ease.

She shared tons of helpful information about the parrot I recently adopted and even gave me great advice on the parrot I am now adopting.
