“Great customer service in an age of no customer service!I find it increasingly hard to find good examples of professional service these days. From a simple fast food restaurant to banking it is almost non-existent. But when I do find one, I have to share it.Before Christmas I had a mishap with my SUV. I had to have body work done and when my regular body shop informed me it was a two month wait I ended up choosing MARS - mostly because of their online reviews. Well, they didn't disappoint.From the first visit with Natalie and Charles I felt they were looking after my best interests. They gave me an estimate quickly and liaised with my insurance company with all the necessary details. When my local car dealership couldn't find me a tire, Natalie took it upon herself to source one and have it installed on my SUV. They worked diligently to get my car repaired as soon as possible and delivered it in perfect order.
