“My mechanic highly recommended Nick to replace my left panel that was rusting from a bad old work that was done on it.Nick explained to me the work that he needs to do and gave me a reasonable range for cost and time. He also communicated with me his findings during the 10 days he worked on it.The final result is great. “I needed an alternator for my truck and I called the Parts Source in Newmarket Ontario, store #764. They didn’t have it in stock and they had to order it from their warehouse in Barrie, arriving the next day. I had to attend the store to pay for it prior to the work order being submitted. I attended the store and Saeed told me that he had sent a driver to go and pick up the alternator and in a few minutes the driver would be back. Sure enough, in a few minutes the driver arrived with the alternator. I want to personally thank Saeed for taking that extra step which greatly helped me. You don’t find that level of customer service anywhere these days. Thanks again Saeed.”

Despite these challenges, Keith from NAPA on Harry Walker Drive kindly offered to test and charge the battery for free, without requiring a receipt. The battery was fine after recharging.
