“Bought clip-on sunglasses in May (I thought) which broke. Returned for replacement without a receipt but was advised by customer service only replace up to 90 days so I was buying another pair when the clerk was talking to a manager. I explained the situation to the manager who agreed to (had some compassion) replace them for me at no charge. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you to Navi and Anna. This store is better for having you both working there.(Turns out I found the bill confirming that I bought them Aug 13, well within the 90 day period; good call Navi)”
