“I want to highlight one of the employees here who made a real difference in my day. I didn't catch his name, but he works the night shift a couple of times a week, calm, quick to help, and clearly someone who takes real pride in his work. During a family road trip in our RV, I was completely exhausted and asked him if there was somewhere nearby I could pull over and rest for a bit. Instead of brushing me off, he took the time to point me toward a spot where I could safely park. That small act of kindness left me with a genuinely warm memory of Huntsville, even though I'm not from here, just passing through. People like him quietly do a lot for how a town is remembered by visitors, and they deserve real recognition for it.
As for the station itself, I always judge a place by its washroom, it's the one spot nobody bothers cleaning up just to impress you, so it tells you the most about how seriously a business takes cleanliness overall. This one passed with flying colours.
All the pumps were working and spotless, and there was plenty of parking, which made it a relaxed and easy stop.
Five stars, without hesitation. Next time I'm through Huntsville, I'll be filling up here again, and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know.”

“Well Google fails again with its absolute stupidity however this time I'm quite glad. This is a Cardlock not a truckstop so when I pulled in running on fumes was quite upset however the guys around back drove me to office where I paid and then back to my rig. Awesome friendly top notch customer service above and beyond ? made my day big shout out to Bowman Fuels”

Yes, it's a 24/7 cardlock, but during weekdays (hours posted) they have some really awesome, friendly folks who will fill your tank in the rain and snow just so you don't have to get out of the car. Not only that, but they often have the lowest prices in town.#1 station in town. Shame on those who complain!”

“This gas station has become a very clean and maintained location. This gas station is a dump. The only Shell station around, we use Shell gas. The area around the pumps is messy most of the time. Snow and slush and puddles, garbage on the ground, garbage container full. MAINTENANCE AROUND PUMPS IS NON EXISTENT. If I can get gas out of town I will wait. I don’t do many reviews but this place is a dump.”

“Great store/gas station. Staff is always smiling and friendly/courteous. Unfortunately its not a great place to buy gift cards especially as last minute gifts, since they have been stuck with the same old SLOOWWWW activation system for years. Tried to get some cards for Christmas gifts and after half an hour of trying/waiting, still didnt get a single card activated so i went elsewhere for them.”
