“I came to H&M Tanger Outlet for a pickup, but after getting my order, I decided to look around and I completely fell in love with a few items! The only problem was that they weren’t on sale in the store.
That’s when Krishov (sorry if I got the spelling wrong!) stepped in and was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help me place the order online so I could still take advantage of the sale and not miss out on the items I loved. I’m so happy with my purchases and honestly so grateful for his help!

“I really struggle with my size in jeans because I’m so tall and women’s sizing is soo confusing sometimes. I’m also very shy and really don’t like to ask for help. Today I went into AE with the same mindset as every other day and every other clothing store.. that I likely wasn’t going to find what I’m looking for but everyone was so nice and helpful.. specifically Karen. She came to me, I didn’t have to ask for help, and when I said I wasn’t sure about my size she worked with me to figure it out! I was soo picky and specific and she found 2 pairs of jeans for me with a smile the whole time. I thought I would be lucky to find one. She even found a third pair while I was checking out. Which I didn’t end up buying. But because they checked most of the boxes of what I was looking for, she thought of me and had to catch me before I left. I just felt so welcome and taken care of! This experience was a big deal for me, if you could see my wardrobe you would understand why. I’m not good at shopping. But Karen made it a very comfortable experience So thank you Karen! A million times thank you!”

Just learned not to go looking for XL men’s Christmas sweater 10 days before Christmas lol. By goodness she did everything she could though to help and it sure was appreciated. She was terrific and we still left with a smile.”
“I had a great experience at the Banana Republic Factory Store thanks to Mario. I went in looking to buy suits for both myself and my brother, and Mario was incredibly knowledgeable. With just one glance, he knew our exact sizes for both the pants and blazers.
What really stood out was how passionate he is about suits — he was genuinely excited to help us and took the time to walk us through color options, proper fit, and what makes a suit a good long-term investment piece.
On top of that, the price was amazing — $280 for a full suit. I highly recommend visiting the store or calling ahead to see when Mario is working if you’re looking to buy a suit. He made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free.”
