“Wonderful experience with a customer service lady at the front desk here. I think her name is Hannah or something like that, I forgot. Extremely cheerful, delightful and helpful. Took her time to explain things to me and clarify any doubts I have. She went as far as showing things to me on my TD app and explaining the different accounts to me. Generally, TD would send me to discuss with an advisor but it wasn’t necessary here because she was knowledgeable and everything was quick.”
