“Very quick turnaround. Li was very helpful. Had further issues that they were quick to address. Way better service than I've ever had at any other retail store.”

“Excellent company. Very professional. I have been dealing with Computer Onsite for many years in Ottawa, and I have found their services to be second to none in Canada's capital. Tony is extremely knowledgeable about malware and other such issues. He doesn't seek to overcharge you for services you don't need like other companies in Ottawa. I highly recommend Computer Onsite to both individuals and local companies alike.”

“We visited Best Buy to explore the Kobo e-readers, and we had a great experience. Tarek, the customer service representative, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between Kindle and Kobo. I was personally leaning toward a Kobo, and Tarek was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us understand the options without any pressure. Great store with lots of choices, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Tarek, for your help!”
