He was super fun, easy going and very knowledgeable!Last week, I returned to buy a new iPhone and was treated to amazing service from James, who was also very helpful, kind and super patient as he walked us through all our different options.And finally Dave… no words can describe how incredibly helpful, tremendously kind, and absolutely amazing to work with to get my daughter all the equipment she needed for a successful start to her university experience. A few days ago I decided I needed to replace an old aging TV and visited SIGAV and spoke to John who was professional and extremely helpful with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I ended up with a two replacement TV's and a revamp of my existing soundbar. Installation was quick and painless. “Had the best experience in the Bayshore Source with the sales associate D. Mohammed! She was remarkably helpful. I went in looking for a screen protector for my new iPhone 14 that I had just purchased and I wasn’t looking to pay an arm and a leg for it. She told me about the Black Friday deal promo with Virgin , at first I wasn’t a interested, but she told me of all the incentives and I couldn’t say no! So I walk out of there with a screen protector for $3.66 and now I’m paying $10 less a month for a better cell phone plan. Win for me! Thank you so much D. Mohammed!
