“I didn’t receive a survey by email after my purchase, so I wanted to leave my review here instead. My experience was great! I came in to buy a PS5, and the associate, JIJO, was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and patient with me. She showed me the different versions they had in stock and answered all of my questions. She was also extremely patient when I had issues with my cards. One card wasn’t working because I had forgotten the PIN, while the other kept declining for no apparent reason. We tried several times, and eventually I had to leave and go to the bank to fix the issue. Shortly after I came back, she was right there helping me again. In the end, I was able to purchase my PS5, and without her help, the whole process definitely would have been much more difficult. Very lovely lady indeed! 10/10 service and 10/10 person You’re the best JIJO! ❤”

“Fixed a monitor that died on me that I thought was not able to be repaired. Tried many different big shops, none would touch it. ComputerCare were able to repair it, and for much less than the cost of a new monitor. I would definitely recommend.”

“I wanted to share my short, but fruitful interaction. I had to make a return (RMA) of my motherboard and inadvertently I decided to recycle my box and my plastic cover for the processor. Ordinatek provided me with the cutlery, an anti-static bag and even packaging for mailing. A big thank you!”

“If you dont know much about computers, know a little bit, or are a nerd yourself this is definitely the place to go. For beginners, the sales staff are really nice and extremely knowledgeable. If you're trying to get your first build together but are a bit worried about compatibility or if you're not sure of everything you need I can guarantee they will make sure you get everything you need. To add to that if you are on a tight budget they can try to help you get what you need to have a functioning gaming computer. If you know a little but its not your expertise, this is absolutely the place to learn about more products. Already have your first build but looking to upgrade? These people can definitely help you. Unsure of liquid cooling? Looking to overclock or undervolt but not sure what you need to do so? Just ask them, if they dont know on hand they will know where to look to find out. Finally if you are a nerd yourself and are just looking to browse I feel completely confident that this is where you will feel at home. They have so many products and choices to look through and fidget with. You probably know exactly what it is you're looking for, and guess what; so do they. If you just want to vibe and nerd out with one of the staff theyre there for you. My latest visit I was helped by a young man named Lawson, I told him exactly what I was after and got exactly what I needed. I even bought a keyboard brand per his recommendation and am completely satisfied with it. Appreciate everything you guys are doing, and will return next time I need anything.”

“Excellent company. Very professional. I have been dealing with Computer Onsite for many years in Ottawa, and I have found their services to be second to none in Canada's capital. Tony is extremely knowledgeable about malware and other such issues. He doesn't seek to overcharge you for services you don't need like other companies in Ottawa. I highly recommend Computer Onsite to both individuals and local companies alike.”

“Pretty much just exclusively buy my computer products here. Been going here for about 10 years, never had a defective product (fingers crossed) and service has always been good. I trust them more than buying from Amazon or AliExpress, plus nice to keep the purchases local. Built a few computers now with parts through them.”

“Jake is a model employee and I am so grateful to him. I went in today because my calendar appointments suddenly disappeared. I was there for over 2 hours. Jake provided me with a more comfortable. water and let me use the bathroom while I waited - I am 9 months pregnant and was very uncomfortable. After lots of trial and error, he was able to solve the issue. I really appreciate his service and efforts. Those appointments were very important to me as it would be a pain to call up every medical professional's office and have them remind me of dates, times and locations. Thank you!”

“Went to check out the new colours of the iPhone 18 Pro & Pro Max in Glacier, Burgundy, Silver and Black. You have to see the iPhones in person; it’s the best way to experience the colours.”

“Went in there with the intention of purchasing a specific item and didn’t have lots of time: got fast and friendly service, was in and out all within 10 minutes. No waiting to get help, no attempt to promote or try to sell me anything else, just info about what I needed. Thank you for the great experience.”
