“There is a gentleman who works at this Circle K—I believe his name is Vikram—and whenever I happen to come in while he’s working, he always stands out for his excellent customer service. He truly understands what good Canadian customer service means. He is patient, kind, respectful, attentive, and knows how to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional way. He actually pays attention to the customers in front of him and makes people feel welcome rather than rushed or ignored. Something else I really appreciate is that he is focused on his job and his customers. I’ve noticed in the past that some employees can be distracted or busy on their phones while customers are there, but I have never seen that from Vikram. He is present, professional, and ready to help. Employees like him make a real difference and leave customers with a positive impression of the entire location. Circle K is lucky to have someone like him on their team!”
