“This covers just past few months. From the minute I entered the store each person encountered was extremely helpful. Due to severe osteoporosis, I had to give up heavier cameras, accessories etc. However, hips have been replaced & cataracts removed, dietary changes mean I am stronger. Time for a change from excellent light weight small Sony & Panasonic Lumix cameras. Each person reacted well to questions, suggested cameras, allowed me to weigh etc.. They checked my file & knew I preferred Nikon. They suggested some alternates, did not flinch when I selected a Nikon Z50 II. They discussed lenses, system... My thanks to Jacob, Vince, Frank, Jason, Roger. There are probably a few I have forgotten. It is a store I proudly recommend for Cameras, Accessories, printer, Monitors, paper. Each person knows an enormous amount about photography, have made good suggestions. Good, professional people.”

I was initially going to buy from Amazon but Wayne sorted me out a good price and as usual gave me great service and confidence in my purchase. Support this great store and keep home cinema alive! Since buying my amp from them I've bought 2 subwoofers and each time the customer service and care has been unrivaled. Can't recommend Wayne and the guys at this store enough. Top stuff!”
“I met Rheal from Distinctive Audio about a month ago. I first bought a Gold Note Phono preamp. 2nd I bought a Dynavector MC cartridge, he installed it on my turntable.
Rheal is the nicest person you can meet. He is very helpful. He goes out of his way to help. He also allowed me to demo the phono preamp before I bought it.
I will buy from him again.

Just wanted to update my posting to say I always to try to attend the free educational sessions Henry's Kanata hosts, and since day one they gave me all the info I needed to buy a camera, the lenses and the equipments I need.
Today I attended the night walk photography session and it was so great, fun and very helpful”

“If you dont know much about computers, know a little bit, or are a nerd yourself this is definitely the place to go.
For beginners, the sales staff are really nice and extremely knowledgeable. If you're trying to get your first build together but are a bit worried about compatibility or if you're not sure of everything you need I can guarantee they will make sure you get everything you need.
To add to that if you are on a tight budget they can try to help you get what you need to have a functioning gaming computer.
If you know a little but its not your expertise, this is absolutely the place to learn about more products. Already have your first build but looking to upgrade? These people can definitely help you. Unsure of liquid cooling? Looking to overclock or undervolt but not sure what you need to do so? Just ask them, if they dont know on hand they will know where to look to find out.
Finally if you are a nerd yourself and are just looking to browse I feel completely confident that this is where you will feel at home. They have so many products and choices to look through and fidget with. You probably know exactly what it is you're looking for, and guess what; so do they. If you just want to vibe and nerd out with one of the staff theyre there for you.
My latest visit I was helped by a young man named Lawson, I told him exactly what I was after and got exactly what I needed. I even bought a keyboard brand per his recommendation and am completely satisfied with it.
