My experience was great! I came in to buy a PS5, and the associate, JIJO, was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and patient with me. She showed me the different versions they had in stock and answered all of my questions.
She was also extremely patient when I had issues with my cards. One card wasn’t working because I had forgotten the PIN, while the other kept declining for no apparent reason. We tried several times, and eventually I had to leave and go to the bank to fix the issue. Shortly after I came back, she was right there helping me again.
In the end, I was able to purchase my PS5, and without her help, the whole process definitely would have been much more difficult.
