“Has everything you need for rebuilding trailers. In-N-Out an hour with everything with great customer service. Traveling long distance to the store, they made sure I had everything I needed before I left”
“I recently began exploring veneering and entered the establishment to purchase a roll of oak; however, I was provided with exemplary service that surpassed my expectations. Although I did not note this gentleman’s name, I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the courteous and knowledgeable assistance offered in a genuinely respectful and non-patronizing manner. As a female customer, entering a hardware store and seeking advice can often be an intimidating experience due to the prevalence of condescending attitudes. Nonetheless, I left this store feeling empowered and confident because of him. I hope to cross paths with this gentleman on my next visit to express my gratitude, Lee Valley has undoubtedly secured my loyalty as a returning customer.”
“Hamza was excellent at guiding us for the selection of our vanity. He provided all the pricing and information we needed to make an excellent choice. We are very happy with the quality of the product and the final result. Thanks to the entire team!”
“Packed to the rafters with almost everything you could need. This is an old school hardware store where they have great advice about everything and are always keen to help out their customers.”
“I was not renting but had their mechanics doing some repairs on some old equipment for me. The guys in the front were entertaining and informative. The mechanic who worked on my 40-year-old weed eater got it running like a watch. Repair costs were fine, would recommend these guys anytime.”
“I am rating Ray from Appliances at Home Depot on Baseline Road. There was some mix up with the delivery of my Vissani 3.4CF UPRIGHT FREEZER. Ray went out of his way to help me. I finally received my freezer late this afternoon and my old one was hauled away. The driver was very efficient. Catherine Hendley. 19 June 2026”
“Love the store, clean and organized, stock is low on alot of stuff. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service ans products have dismissed since Rona took over, curbside is excellent for pickup.”
“This is my go‑to store for renovation projects, and it’s always been reliable. I get most of my materials here — lumber, tools, hardware — and having a RONA Pro account makes it even better with an instant 5% discount. Customer service consistently delivers, and prices are often better than those at stores on the Ottawa side. A solid, dependable place in the area for anyone tackling regular reno work.
Big thanks to the Pro section staff — always helpful, efficient, and making every visit smoother for those of us picking up materials often.
Update: Thank you for the kind response and for recognizing the value of consistent service. I’m grateful for the support your team continues to offer — especially in the Pro section, where efficiency and care make all the difference. Wishing you all a smooth and successful season ahead.
— H.Z.”

“I didn’t get the young ladies name. Smiled, said good morning, have a great day.
I had to return a damaged item. No push back, nothing.
Fantastic customer service!!!”
