“Jake at service centre went above and beyond to help me with a problem with my skis. I bought my skis not really understanding that they needed specialized bindings, and my junior boot wouldn't work with my adult bindings, so he advocated for me with his employees to get me the best possible solution. He even went beyond the call of duty to fit me in to his fully booked schedule and attach my bindings to my skis on a busy ski weekend. Without his amazing customer support, I probably would have given up and returned my skis due to frustration.”
