I purchased a True Launch Treadmill I was extremely impressed with is family run business from start to finish everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to help with no pressure to purchase. They took the time to explain every detail about the treadmill and emailed me brochures and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The delivery was prompt and the installation team to my surprise was Frank and Jonathan !!! they had the treadmill set up and calibrated no time. they made sure everything was in good working order before leaving which was important because this treadmill is absolutely technically top shelf. I could not be happier with my experience with Kinetic Solutions beyond 5 star shopping in my opinion. i look forward to adding more to my home gym in the future. Great job team ! “Huge shoutout to Nosh for the help picking out a new ski coat. I was honestly a bit hesitant at first because of how light it felt, but Nosh really knew their stuff and reassured me it would perform on the ski hill. After wearing it a few times now, it’s become my go-to coat. Warm, comfortable, and perfect in all kinds of weather without feeling bulky.

“I had a great experience at Golf Town. I originally went in to ask about fixing my clubs because there was some loose debris in the heads and shafts. Kyler helped me out and clearly knew what he was talking about—he explained the process, reassured me it was a simple fix, and quoted me around $20.
While I was there, I mentioned I had never tried testing clubs at Golf Town before, and he immediately set me up with a T250 to try out. The whole experience was smooth, informative, and actually pretty fun.

Brian was excellent in helping me out. He found a couple pairs of the shoe in my size at another Asics store and had them shipped in. I bought the shoes when they came into the Tanger store. He put in incredible effort to help me out. I will absolutely return to this store in the future when i need a new pairs of Asics. Overall a great experience.”

“The goat of outdoor activity equipment in Ottawa. On top of that, their customer service is elite. I came in on this particular occasion looking help with my bike. I needed to learn how to put sealant in my tires & also buy new bike shoes.
Harry is a wizard in the bike shop. He basically has a PhD in bicycling-ology. Helpful and taught me how to repair a tire as well.
Peter was great helping me get my repair kit topped up and fitted with the right shoes.
Also - super competitive pricing and they price match! Highly recommend. SUPER DUPER!”
