“Update: 6 Sept 2026Had to replace my tires on my lawn tractor, tried several hardware stores and small garages, but only this location of KAL Tire actually has the tool to remove and reseat the tires on small utility rims. So glad to have gone back to them. Excellent service as always. I have used Frisby Tire Kanata for over 20 years; periodically for wheel balancing, rotation, repair of a flat tire most recently, repair to tires on my garden equipment, and to locate rims for a utility trailer. Service desk was always welcoming, top notch work, estimates very close to charge, and always ready when promised. If a problem was encountered (locating hard to find rims) they would inform me quickly and provide an new date when known. Excellent firm, glad to have them nearby. I give five stars because it has been consistent good service over such a long period.”

“At the start of my vacations I suffered an irreparable tire puncture. I went through a mad scramble searching for: 1) compatible replacement tires and 2) a shop that could install them on short notice. After an extensive search that included Kal Tire, I managed to find the tires I needed but the supplier could not accommodate the installation. Here's where Rami at the Edgewater Kal Tire location came to my rescue. Rami said that if I could find the tires that he would do his best to fit me in. I showed up with the tires, and true to his word he did fit me in and had the tires installed very quickly. When he handed me the fob to my car, he wished me a better day and a great vacation. I will be ever grateful for your compassionate service and heartfelt wishes. I just wish to say that Rami AND the service technician who did the install are the greatest. And yes I did have a good vacation as you can see!”

“I had a positive review and experience with the Myers Group on Baseline. The communication was top notch, and they we're quick to get back to myself with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with them!”
