“What a great business! I had two tires both with minor damage that looked like they would need replacing. Or at the very least a repair if it was even feasible given the proximity to the shoulder.

Walked into Kanata wheels and they had to look at them right away. Rather than looking to sell me new tires, they took the time to leak test/pressure tested them. Instead of replacing or repairing, they confirmed that they were both well within expectations. No need to replace, and they wouldn't even take any money for their time.

Here's where Rami at the Edgewater Kal Tire location came to my rescue. Rami said that if I could find the tires that he would do his best to fit me in. I showed up with the tires, and true to his word he did fit me in and had the tires installed very quickly. When he handed me the fob to my car, he wished me a better day and a great vacation. I will be ever grateful for your compassionate service and heartfelt wishes. I just wish to say that Rami AND the service technician who did the install are the greatest.
