They explained everything clearly, didn't pressure me into unnecessary repairs, and the pricing was fair. It's nice to find a mechanic that's honest and reliable. “I brought my Rav 4 to Duntech for the first time after the Toyota dealership quoted me $3000 of unexpected “necessary” work when I’d only brought it in to have new tires put on. I wanted to see if I could get a better price on this work so I booked in with Duntech. When I dropped it off with Joey, I gave him a full run down on all the work Toyota had said was necessary. When he called me in the afternoon, he said the team had looked over the whole car, including the specifics from the dealership and they all agreed there was ZERO work to be done! Additionally, they would not be charging me for the inspection. I cannot recommend Duntech enough. Not only did they save me $3k but Joey was so friendly and professional. As someone who knows very little about cars, it is so important for me to trust the honesty and integrity of my mechanic. I am now a Duntech customer for life. Everyone should go here!!”

“My brakes went metal on metal over the weekend and i needed them done quickly because I was paying $60 a day for a rental. Oscar went the extra mile to get it in the shop and took a look at it within an hour (would have been quicker but I forgot to give him the lick for the wheels). Unfortunately the back was gone too because I had skipped the maintenance. Oscar explained everything and even walked through what parts he was ordering and why. Then gave me the best price available. Work was completed the next morning when parts arrived and they did excellent work.Finding out your car needs expensive repairs never comes easy but Oscar has integrity and has earned my trust for other upcoming repairs. “What a great business! I had two tires both with minor damage that looked like they would need replacing. Or at the very least a repair if it was even feasible given the proximity to the shoulder.
Walked into Kanata wheels and they had to look at them right away. Rather than looking to sell me new tires, they took the time to leak test/pressure tested them. Instead of replacing or repairing, they confirmed that they were both well within expectations. No need to replace, and they wouldn't even take any money for their time.
Can't recommend highly enough!”
