It is often described as unorganized, with too many people disorganizing shelf items and clothing sizes scattered and hard to find. The store, which used to be clean, has declined, with problems like broken containers leaking in aisles, customer trash left on shelves, and leaking fridges. Long-standing maintenance issues, like absorbent tubes on wet floors, are noted. Customer service at the desk can be poor, with one instance of an employee providing unhelpful attitude. There are frequently not enough cashiers working, with many lanes closed and limited self-checkout availability, causing long lines and waiting times. Despite these problems, shoppers are generally still able to find what they are looking for.
I think it's shameful that Walmart sells flowers like this. I asked the customer service representative if there wasn't a plastic package to put the flowers in, and Walmart quoted me the price for the package. It was disappointing.

Bought hawas ice and it came 10 days early, very satisfied with walmart and the product, highly recommended!

Most of the self checkout closed. Only a few cashiers and line ups really long!
