“We just moved and this location is our closest home depot. We were directed to their seasonal worker - Rob and he was great. We knew which bbq grill we wanted and saw that it came in a bundle but that we couldnt find the recommended size for the grill- he took the time to open one and help my husband get it on and troubleshoot when it didnt fit. His commitment to making sure we got the correct one to cover was soo appreciated! He also helped us get the best deal on propane tank, took us right to the cash and ensure we could get it in the car. Can’t wait to come back for the up coming home projects!”

“This is a great place to shop overall. Good selection of men’s and women’s clothes. The children’s selection of clothing has always been a hit or miss. Great selection of toys and children’s books. The store is tidy, and the staff seem to enjoy working here. My only feedback would be regarding staff stocking the shelves… I understand that it can be difficult to do when customers are shopping and the store is busy, but squeezing in front of where a customer is looking, without even acknowledging them or saying excuse me, is kind of rude.”

This year, Warmth4Ottawa raised $300 for the Ottawa Mission, and with the help of Joanne and Scheil, we were able to purchase $300 worth of brand-new hats, scarves, mittens, and socks. Their kindness, flexibility, and genuine support made the entire process seamless. We proudly delivered the items to the Ottawa Mission, along with a batch of homemade chewy chocolate chip cookies.
