They didn’t give all my photos at pickup, so I had to drive back. No apologies or anything. Then they still forgot another package and still not a word. The customer service here has always been awful, and they also never answer their phones or seem to know what's going on.

They do not answer phones. When they do answer, it's bad audio quality. The associate was trying to neglect me saying that if I dont receive email then photos aren't ready. This was supposed to be next day and it has been 4 days already.

We decided to order from this walmart online not only was packaged delivered to 2 wrong address but all 200$ worth of gift for kids were destroyed but the walmart box was intact like if the package was damaged before being boxed for delivery now we gotta tell are kids there's no charisma this year thanks Wal-Mart
