“If you need you car looked after in the Ottawa area this is the place to go. Been taking my car here since I had one and they always go above and beyond. They always explain any of the work done and are proactive with their communication about any extra work done (and they've saved my bacon a few times). Instead of giving your money to a dealership that doesn't care about you or your car consider 16 Service :)”
“I was travelling from St. Catharines to Gatineau and got a flat nearby. They were incredibly helpful. They siliconed the rip in my tire at the rim and had me back on the road in no time. I will never forget the kindness they showed me.”

“Great experience. Very professional, honest, and upfront about what was going on with my car. They explained the diagnosis clearly and I never felt pressured into doing anything unnecessary. Really appreciated the honesty and straightforward service. Would definitely recommend them!”
