“Amazing! I was driving earlier this morning on the 416 when my front driver tire blew out! Luckily I have CAA who was able to assist me roadside, however they brought me to Canadian Tire in Kemptville where they were not able to get me in until 6pm. I called RPM and explained my situation and he told me he would be able to squeeze me in! I bought my new tire at Canadian Tire and made my way. I wad greeted with the best smile that immediately put my mind at ease. They were able to take my tire off , put the new one on my rim and back onto my car in less than 15 minutes!! I was so scared to drive another 3 hours and asked if he could check on the condition of my other tires, which he did without hesitation!!!
So glad I fell into RPM’s website today! Made it back home with less stress so swiftly!!

“I have trusted Dez’s Paint Shop multiple times over the years for various repairs, including fixing a scratched door, addressing rust issues, and completely repairing my front bumper after an accident.
Recently, I went in to get a professional opinion on a loose exterior panel near my rear window, which had been left rattling after a glass repair elsewhere. The dealership insisted they couldn't source the clips individually and quoted me over $450+ for the repair. When I brought it to Dez's, they had the necessary clips on hand, securely reattached the part in about 10 minutes, and refused to charge me anything. As much as I wish I didn't have any car problems, I love that I have someone I can go to without questioning the quality of the results!”
