“We have used Rekmans Automotive Inc. for many years -they were recommended to us when we were looking for a new mechanic. I recently bought a car from a dealership and took it to that dealership a few times after the purchase for service and was disappointed in the service provided.
Then I tried a garage that was really close to where I work and I found they were always rushed and even though I mentioned the brakes were going to need work soon there was no follow up and I just didn’t feel valued.
Fast forward to me taking my SUV back to Rekmans.
I get the work done that needs to be done and Chris Rekmans noticed a light on my dash for tire pressure. I hadn’t mentioned it though it had been driving me crazy. Rekmans fixed it! I didn’t even ask them to! No charge on the bill for it, they just fixed it because they know I like things working well in my vehicle and they care about doing a great job!

“This location was the only Canadian Tire store within a 150km radius that had the item I was looking for. I set up an online order, and was notified that it was ready within 2 1/2 hours of placing the order. The item that I wanted was rather large, so I chose the curbside pick-up option… as someone who has never used this service, let me tell you, if you’re someone who needs some extra hands, the staff here will assist you no matter if it rains or snows.
Brody (or Brodie?) was a total darling and fully loaded my order into my trunk, alone. Thank you for your sweet support and kind words Brody! Managers please give him a raise :)!”
