“I have narrow feet and dread shopping for footwear. Stores carrying "narrow" running shoes is a challenge. Service and choice was excellent. Staff took the time to fully measure/assess my feet to recommend the type that would suit best and I actually had a 'choice'! of narrow ones to choose from. Happily drive from to Kingston (from Ottawa) again when I need new ones! Thank You!”

“Becker Shoes and Greg are people of their word. I was shocked while buying my shoes back in March that I was allowed to exchange them if something went wrong.
I am in sales for UniFirst do there are lots of steps in a day up and down stairs, 3000km of foot petal work a month driving, and all those multiple in and outs of the car all day, needless to say I go though shoes every 6 months easy with other brands.
I would highly recommended the Reiker brand from them as they are the most comfortable shoes to stress relief (Plantar fasciitis)”

“I just picked up my motorcycle boots from Thanasis shoe repair And I could not be more happy and impressed with how they fixed them up and polished them to make them look like new. These boots have serious sentimental value to me because Dad got them for me years ago when I bought my bike And they have road many many miles on the bike with me. My dad passed away two years ago and recently the boots were really breaking down. One of the zippers was broken, there was a hole right through the bottom of the left sole from my shifter and a crack through the other sole. There was a hole from the top of the toe of the left boot from my shifter and the Polish had been worn off to the point that the boots were gray for the most part. I had him put a patch on both boots to make them look even. They put a new sole on both of them and replaced the zipper and I am so so very happy with their work and it was Such a decent price too! Very affordable? I was so blown away with the difference in how they look that I almost teared up in the store. I wish I had a before and after photo to show the huge difference but anybody who has seen my boots know that they were in rough shape. And now they look amazing. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ?”

“This is a great store and friendly staff. However, I am very disappointed the customer washroom is permanently out of order. I have shopped here for years and liked how accessible the washroom was. I hate having to ask to use the bathroom due to my medical needs. Fix the customer washroom PLEASE!”

“Brittany was incredible to deal with. Her and her colleagues helped me navigate sizes while I was chasing my threenager around the store. Her other colleague, female, auburn hair with stick and poke hand tattoos was very patient with me as I was only giving her half my attention. She helped me physically pay as I had to grab my kid. The two district managers were also kind.
Brittany showed my little one a sneak peak of the stockroom from afar which impressed the 3 year olds mind.

“I went to this location on November 11th to look for a winter jacket. I found what I wanted at a great price but it wasn't available in my size. I asked if any more were available. The staff were very helpful and when they were unable to find my size ordered it online for me. It arrived a couple of days later and is exactly what I wanted!”
“I went into the store with a link on my phone to their web site. The young girl at the cash register was very helpful. I brought up the link with a photo of the shoe I was there to purchase for a Xmas gift. She looked it up on her computer and found that it was in stock in the store and went and found the shoe. It was so nice not to go hunting for it. I was in and out of the store in no time with my purchase in hand. That young lady is a keeper.”
