WOW.... Just WOW! What an incredible, amazing, fantastic, wonderful person. This is someone with a managerial title that I feel can certainly relate with someone's situation and work with them to genuinely help them and most IMPORTANTLY, cares! And, can put their title aside to be on the same level as a customer/consumer. Whom goes above & beyond and can 100% go the distance to make sure everyone knows what's going on and how everything works.

All I'm going to say to the owner of this establishment (Canadian Tire) make sure you don't lose her or take advantage of her, because someone like Michelle these days is EXTREMELY HARD to find! They also help add an enormous contribution to YOUR organization!
