The staff are friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but we bonded over how much we both love Halloween. She had short-ish brown hair and brown eyes, and she noticed I was struggling with my bags and kindly helped me carry them to my car. It was incredibly sweet, and I really appreciate seeing staff go above and beyond like that. ??

“They often have quite a lot of options for crafts and kids toys! They do have high theft levels so their $4-$5 items chargers, medications and electronics are behind the counter making it harder to purchase due to being unable to pick out yourself.
The security guards here are often really kind and Dollarama staff are often rushing but generally good service.
Not the businesses fault but
If you come here I do suggest keeping your wallet and money out of view from people near the front door, and put it away before you exit the building- there are people who will hang around the front door- often homeless or beggars who will watch the payments of people who use cash and will ask for money/ and get rude when you don’t give them it or lie about it ??”

“Regular customer here. Sweet staff and lots of neat stuff. it's not advertised to be under a certain amount so you will find some higher prices. I always leave with a full bag, especailly the cheap/unique craft stuff you can't find at dollarama!”

“I was in this past Thursday in the evening and the young lady on cash was awesome. Compared to the Westmount Road location this cashier was lovely, friendly and polite . Complimented us on on hair , told us to have a great rest of our night. She treated the people before us nicely as well, and when we were walking out ... I could hear her again just being nice . Honestly , just left with with a good feeling , that their is still teens that can work a job and still be a nice human being.”
