“This place automatically gets 5 stars because even though there are no public washrooms when I realllly needed to go they allowed me to. Appreciate it infinitely, 10/10!
Also, good products, great prices. Tools and hardware are a steal compared to almost anywhere else!”
“This is my favourite location in the Cambridge area as they ALWAYS have their shelves stocked appropriately. I appreciate the employees always checking in to see if you need assistance and then the polite efficient service at the register. Thank you for all you do!”
“I had a really great experience at Giant Tiger, especially because of Cameron, the cashier. Cameron was super nice, helpful, and incredibly friendly and kind. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely takes the time to be welcoming and helpful to customers. Cameron provided excellent customer service and definitely made my shopping experience better. Thank you, Cameron, for being so wonderful!”
“Super helpful cashier. Helium filled balloons are hard to find. This is your place. They also have different products than a lot of the dollar stores in town. Front of store looks a little sketchy but it’s fine.”
“I love coming to this dollaroma when ever I make a trip to the cambridge centre it is super convenient that is located in the mall. They have a good selection of stuff here too.”
“Just want to appreciate Maimuna who quickly helped my husband replace the nose pad on his eyeglasses. She was warm, willing, and attentive (and no task was too small). Thank you for making our visit smooth and pleasant.”
“Always a great place to shop. Unlike some people leaving reviews, the staff may come off as too direct but they are just doing their job and I respect that! Fast service and great prices.”
“Not always the greatest selection of unique items but honestly I keep coming back cause there’s one cashier (lady who has purple hair, she may change it often) who is just a sweetheart and is always super friendly (seems like a genuine friendliness) and loves it when I bring in my service dog for a quick shop 🐾💕”
“This is a great store you can really find some great deals, but i do have to day the cash registers somtimes take quite some time and only 1 person working when a line is building up.”
“Safety alert:: ( Cosmetics)
I always appreciate coming to this Walmart because the shelves are well-stocked, the prices are great, and the team works hard to keep everything clean! However, I wanted to leave some constructive feedback regarding the current setup in the cosmetics department, as it is becoming a major safety issue.
Lately, large rolling dump bins and heavy floor displays have been placed right at the ends of the aisles and directly in the middle of main intersections. While I love a good bargain, blocking and narrowing these main walkways is actually against the law and a direct violation of fire safety standards. These main paths are required by law to stay completely clear so that shoppers, parents with strollers, individuals using mobility devices, and employees can move freely—especially if everyone needed to evacuate quickly in an emergency.
I love shopping here and want to keep supporting this location, but store leadership really needs to rethink this layout.
Moving these bins out of the main traffic paths will make the department much easier to shop in and, most importantly, keep everyone safe and compliant with local safety codes!”
