“I had moved here recently and found this place nearby very convenient and cozy ..Mayela helped me through the process and made it very easy to sign up .she was very patient and friendly. Looking forward to start my fitness journey here.”
“Such a great gym, with a very unique and wholistic take on workouts. The variety of exercises is amazing, and not only that everyday we are treated by a different WOD but also that within the workout we somehow manage to do all sorts of exercise types. You’d be doing some complex power movement, strength isolation, isometric balance and cardio. They also never skip on warm up or stretching. And the space is large and clean with great equipment, and even monitors showing the WOD with timers and everything. It’s like the best of F45 and CrossFit together.”
“I had a great experience with the nutrition program with Coach Chris. She is very supportive and genuinely cares about your progress. The program is informative and focuses on both mind and body, which I really appreciated. It takes a holistic approach rather than just focusing on numbers on a scale.
Through my work with her, I shifted my mindset from only trying to lose weight to focusing on feeling stronger and more proud of myself and my daily choices. That change alone has made a huge difference. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for sustainable, positive change.”

“I feel immensely grateful for a gym like this to exist here in Kitchener (and in general). As an autistic person, I’ve always been overwhelmed and intimidated by traditional gyms - the crowds, the machines, the process of everything, knowing what’s right for my body and goals, etc.
I’ve been working 1:1 between Derek, Stacey, and Erika for 3 - 4 months now. Every session feels like a really good challenge, while also being sensitive to where I’m at, how I feel, and any mobility issues. The vibe is super low pressure, friendly, and fun. I definitely notice a positive difference in my strength, balance, posture, energy levels, mental clarity and focus, and more.
I also feel way more body-aware and confident in using the equipment and machines, and look forward to transitioning to group sessions soon :)
I’m extremely grateful to this team - thank you for creating such a stellar program and environment, especially for us introverts! <3”

“I have been training in Crossfit PSC for 3 years is one of the best Crossfit Gym/ box. The owners' (Kaite's and Nick's) commitment to excellence shows in every aspect of the gym. They've created more than just a workout space – it's a welcoming community where both beginners and experienced athletes can thrive. Their attention to maintaining top-quality equipment and ensuring a clean, safe environment demonstrates their dedication to members' success. The coaching staff is outstanding. Their deep knowledge of CrossFit methodology, movement patterns, and scaling options ensures that everyone gets a challenging yet appropriate workout. What I particularly appreciate is their friendly, approachable nature – they take the time to know each member personally while maintaining their professionalism. Whether you're new to CrossFit or an experienced athlete, you'll find yourself supported, challenged, and motivated here. The programming is thoughtful and well-balanced, and the community is supportive and encouraging.”

“A hidden gem of a gym! Not like a commercial gym at all. It’s huge with something for everyone, and because of its size you’re never stuck waiting for racks or equipment. As a female who goes early morning I was a bit wary of it being unstaffed but it feels extremely safe and I haven’t had one moment of unease which is super important to me.It’s very clean, well lit and strangely always seems to have a good playlist on. So happy to have found Gym41!”
“I have been a member for almost a year now. I came in without any significant experience in the gym and I felt extremely supported. I did not feel out of place, everyone from the coaches to other members went out of their way to make me comfortable. There are people of different skill levels that attend the sessions and every exercise can be scaled. The coaches also provide you with guidance on nutrition and any other areas that you would like help with. The workout themselves are designed to improve your strength and your mobility. I came for the strength but stayed for the community.”

“I LOVE this gym! It's large and so spacious, it is also so clean and well maintained (thank you to the staff who clean regularly!) Equipment is repaired super quickly - I don't think I've seen a machine out of service for more than a day. The front desk staff are so nice and ready to help. This is definitely my favourite GoodLife location. I look forward to my workouts here.”

“Overall decent gym for the price you pay!
Definitely don't go during peak hours as it's rather small and can be very busy! Early in the morning, you'll have no problem.
Good variety of equipment and multiple machines.
Staff are welcoming.
Lots of parking.

“Fit4Less, a budget-friendly gym chain, offers a straightforward and accessible fitness experience for those looking to work out without breaking the bank. Entering a Fit4Less location, members are met with a clean and modern environment featuring basic but well-maintained equipment. The gym is typically spacious, with clearly defined areas for cardio, weight training, and functional exercises.
One of the standout features of Fit4Less is its affordability, with membership fees significantly lower than many competitors. This makes it an attractive option for students, young professionals, and anyone seeking to stay fit on a budget. Despite the low cost, Fit4Less does not compromise on essential facilities. The gym is equipped with a variety of machines, free weights, and fitness equipment suitable for a range of workouts.
The atmosphere is generally welcoming and non-intimidating, catering to both beginners and more experienced gym-goers. Fit4Less also offers a "virtual fitness" section where members can follow along with pre-recorded workout classes, adding value to the experience.
Staff are friendly and available to assist, although personalized services like personal training and group classes are limited compared to higher-end gyms. Locker rooms and showers are functional but basic. Overall, Fit4Less provides excellent value for money, delivering a solid fitness experience for budget-conscious individuals.”

“There was a white woman she was so rude like excessive rude, but the other employees are so nice and this gym has the best machines that we can use it I give 4 stars because if that woman who was rude to me if she wasn't there I could give 5 stars”
“This gym is the absolute best. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the coaches all are so fantastic in their own unique ways. It’s a great workout but it’s also so easy to modify the exercise on the spot either by yourself or with the help of a coach. There is a sense of community here that I love and I can assure you it totally is a judgement free zone!!”
