“I ordered 4 cushions to replace my old flat outdoor cushions for our patio set. The price was very reasonable and the quality is great. They are very comfortable. The order took just under 2 weeks. The reason why I gave 4 starts is I emailed and called to ask about the status of my order after 1 week and no one retuned the email or phone call. In my opinion not great customer service.”

We purchased a Twilight 8.2 from Christian and his team almost five years ago from one of Premium Wholesale's Expos at Bingemans. The hot tub has been great, and the staff at the store have always been helpful with questions around maintenance, water chemistry, etc. A few small problems over the years were handled quickly and efficiently. Recently, a component failed that, now out of warranty, was going to be unexpectedly costly to replace. Danielle in Service contacted Master Spas and negotiated a replacement at a cost that was amicable to everyone. Thank you Danielle!
