“Had a great experience with them last month. Been looking to replace my mattress so I was shopping their website, saw a floor model with a great sale. When I went in a few days later it had already sold, so they offered me the same deal on a similar model. I ended up picking something else but I appreciated that. They have an okay selection of models to look at in person (the Waterloo location isn’t a huge place) and a lot more online and in their catalogues. They were very clear about pricing all the way through, helping me keep track of my budget as I looked at the bed frames options. They gave me the option to pay 60% upfront and the other 40% on delivery. The cost of the delivery and setup was very reasonable. It took the guy an hour to put it together in my room, he was super nice and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. I’ll be back again, as their deals on linens are pretty good too!”

“Customer service was great and very informative thanks to Saadia Baig. she was very patient with me despite me being new to buying mattresses as a student and informed me which would suit me and my needs. Thank you very much :)”
