We love our new salt water hot tub and use it almost daily. As a new hot tub owner, I was worried about maintenance, but it has been very easy to maintain and the water feels so silky with no harsh chemical smell. Logan and all the staff at Pioneer Pools have been extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better...

I recently purchased a hot tub with Logan’s help. He took the time to clearly explain the details and followed up when needed. I did shop around at other places but very happy I chose to purchase the tub with Pioneer Family Pools in Kitchener. My experience has been great and I would/have recommended to others.

Great experience purchasing our first hot tub. Mark was able to answer all our questions quickly and he was able to get us the tub before Christmas which is truly the best Christmas present. Thank you Mark at Pioneer Pool!
