Ren's Pets is a large, clean, and exceptionally well-organized store where customers always find what they are looking for. The staff are consistently described as very friendly, helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable, clearly loving animals and going above and beyond with their customer service, which is second to none. They genuinely try to find any item, will order products, and provide updates. The store offers a fantastic selection of products, including pet food, treats, toys, sweaters, and crates. Customers appreciate the routine sales as a welcome bonus. Many express deep loyalty, stating they will only shop here due to the exceptional experience, with some having been very happy customers for years. The environment is comfortable for both pets and owners, with pets often receiving affection and treats.
I love this store. The staff is always very knowledgeable.

I love this place! This review is after the 100th time I’ve been there and everytime I’m amazed by how friendly and helpful everyone is. If your unsure of anything from raw food diets to actual durable toys there’s no question you gotta pop in here!!

Had a lovely experience at Victoria St REN’s. Kristy was very helpful and ordered an item for home delivery that was out of stock in store. She was so good with our dog as well. Thanks for your help Kristy!
